Gerald McGroarty
President

With over 25 years of leadership and business experience, Gerald is the founder and
President of Brandon Taylor Consulting.  His specialty is team effectiveness, talent
identification and development, leadership coaching and personal performance.

 

He is also a part-time instructor at the University of Toronto School of Continuing Studies
and is a two-time winner of the Excellence in Teaching Award (2020 & 2013).  He teaches two courses in the Leadership Essentials Certificate Program;   The DNA of Top Performers and The DNA of Highly Effective Teams.

He is a certified coach with Self Management Group and a licensee of the highly-rated

performance programs The Principles of Self Management and Managing Effort -

Prior to forming Brandon Taylor Consulting in 2007, Gerald spent 2 decades in sports media where he held senior positions with The Hockey News, CHUM Radio, The Score Television Network and the FAN590/Telemedia Network Radio.

 

Today, he works across all industry sectors helping people and organizations achieve performance excellence.

Warren Collier

An associate at Brandon Taylor Consulting, Warren is also President of Trinity Human Resources and a Senior Consultant at Self Management Group. 

 

He is a senior human resources strategist and an industry leader in talent acquisition and talent management consulting.  He has a record of success implementing solutions that have had a major impact on improving employee performance and retention with several Fortune 100 clients.

 

His experience and passion for “excellence in execution in everything we do” have helped his clients mitigate obstacles that get in the way of the effective implementation of new strategies.

Warren spent several years with TD Bank, Bell Mobility and a leading Global Outsourcer in a variety of senior management roles in Operations, Credit Adjudication, Risk Management and Human Resources. He holds a professional Human Resources designation (CHRP), majored in business administration and has completed a number of Executive Education Programs. He is also a frequent speaker at various industry conferences in Talent Acquisition & Human Capital Strategy.

Lise Crouch

An associate at Brandon Taylor Consulting, Lise is also President of Gravitas Results Inc.. 

 

She is a senior talent strategist with a special focus on leadership, performance and team effectiveness across all industry sectors. Lise served Canadians for 33+ years as a peace officer with the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), retiring at the rank of Superintendent. Well versed in normative personality assessments, she is our Team Lead on PolicePOP and all initiatives in the policing and military sector.

 

Lise is a global mentor, public speaker, facilitator, collaborator, coach and a champion of diversity, inclusion and the advancement of women in senior leadership roles.

She is an Adjudicator, Mediator and trained Crisis Intervention leader, and a member of the Ontario Association of Chiefs of Police (OACP), International Associations of Chief of Police (IACP),  International Association of Women in Policing (IAWP), and the Association of Coaching.

Leanne James

An associate at Brandon Taylor Consulting, Leanne is Principal Owner of group285.

A senior human capital development and workforce transformation professional with more than 20 years of experience, Leanne works collaboratively with organizations and individuals to help them realize their strategic objectives. She offers innovative solutions and a supportive, collaborative approach that enhances organizational strategy, optimizes employee productivity, retention and engagement, and strengthens workplace culture. 

Leanne focuses her expertise in team and leadership development, change management and results-oriented coaching to deliver programs and resources that drive business growth.

She is certified in Coaching by Adler International, and in Change Management. Leanne holds certification in The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Steps I and II). She has completed Using Type to Optimize Leadership and Using Type to Navigate Conflict, two of the MBTI Master Class courses.
